Steve Tseng
Chairman
Mr. Tseng and Mr. Fu-Tien Cheng together with five other founders established Motech in 1981. Mr. Tseng and Mr. Cheng worked whole heartedly together and led Motech from an electronic equipment maker to a leading photovoltaic products and service providers in solar industry. Mr. Tseng served as the President of Power Instrument Division of Motech, Deputy CEO, and was appointed as Vice Chairman of Board of Directors in 2008. He served as Chairman of Board of Directors from 2013 to 2016. After finishing his term of office,he was recommended to be Honorary Chairman in 2016. The Board of Directors elected Mr. Steve Tseng to be Chairman again in August 2018. With full commitment to corporate governance and Motech’s sustainable development, Mr. Tseng will lead Motech to create an outstanding future in green energy.
Fred Yeh
President
Mr. Fred Yeh received a bachelor's degree from Electrical Engineering Technology Department, Taiwan Industry Technology Institute, and a EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School. In addition to the positions in Motech, he had served as Fab Director of Leoco Corp, General Manager of ReneSola Ltd., and General Manager of Hareon Solar Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Yeh earns more than ten years of experience and wealthy connection in solar industry, especially focuses on China market exploration, sales, and procurement.
Ting Wang

After graduating from National Taiwan University with Bachelor degree of International Trade, Ting Wang received a MBA degree from University of Maryland, USA. Prior to joining Motech, he had held various positions, including VP & CFO of Young Optics Inc., VP & CFO of NexPower Technology Corp., AVP & CFO of Epitech Technology Corp..

After graduating from National Cheng Kung University with Bachelor degree of Resource Engineering, HS Lin received a Master degree from National Cheng Kung University. Prior to joining Motech, he had held various positions, including AVP of Topcell Solar International Co., Ltd., Fab Manager of TOP GREEN ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INC..
